On clear days you can see approximately 40 to 50 miles and take in the Atlanta Skyline, Stone Mountain, Kennesaw Mountain and the beginnings of the Blue Ridge and Appalachian Mountain ranges of North Georgia. And, our local attraction, Lake Sidney Lanier, a 30,000 plus acre manmade lake built and maintained by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. It is one of the largest manmade lakes East of the Mississippi River and it is the most visited Corps of Engineers lake in the country. If the winds are with us, they may even be able fly you over the beautiful blue waters of Lanier.
