As opposed to hotel blocks that cater to lots of people, Forrest Hills Resort’s concept is to isolate the conference team into dedicated lodges ranging from 4,8,12 and 16 rooms.  The immediate surroundings are relatively untouched with nature’s ambience which adds considerably to collaboration and team-building.  Also situated in a natural setting, our ‘Centre for Innovation’ offers modern audio-visual equipment and satellite broadband connections.

We believe the hotel ‘meeting room’ is only a small part of the integrated solution of services required to create success.  We strive to develop a ‘Planned Environment’ that serves as an enabler to a successful outcome.  This includes the upfront meeting planning, teambuilding and on-site facilitation.  While we offer a number of on-site services, we also partner with external meeting planners and other service partners to help clients achieve desired objectives.

As part of the integrated solution, the Forrest Hills Restaurant is famous for its authentic ‘Appalachian-style’ cuisine and can customize group menus for corporate wellness programs and special events.  Conference groups are provided dedicated dining rooms midweek with the ability to integrate conference activities into the overall dining experience.

Group activities are also available including golf, river rafting, horseback riding, wine tasting tours, and a guided tour to nearby waterfalls.  The area boasts three championship golf courses. Gold Creek Golf Club has been voted by Golf Digest as one of the ‘Best Places to Play’ in Atlanta and the Nichlaus Golf Club at Achasta plays along the beautiful Chestatee River  Forrest Hills Resort offers golf packages that include all greens and cart fees, range balls, accommodations, and meals. with the course crossing the river seven times.

All corporate retreat rates are per person and per night.  Weekends require a 2-night minimum for most dates but not all.  Discounts may be available for 3 nights or more.
