When our guests speak, we listen!  Dinner and breakfast will be available every day throughout the winter with the exception of Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. This schedule will not apply to Spring Break, Thanksgiving or New Year's weeks.
BREAKFAST IN BED ~   When available as noted below ~ Advance orders & reservations required by 2pm the night prior.  A hot country breakfast will be delivered to your door! ~ Menu ~ Please turn in your requests by 2pm the night prior to delivery.  Choose a time for delivery between  8-8:30am, 9-9:30am or 9:30-10am.  Eggs (scrambled, fried, over easy or poached)  ~  Bacon or Sausage  ~  Biscuits or French Toast ~ Muffin or Danish  ~  Fresh Fruit  ~  Orange Juice or Apple Juice

DINNER HOURS ~ Are subject to change.  Longer hours are typically available during the summer and busy months.  Reservations required by 2pm.  Midweek dinners are either plated or buffet style pending guest count.  Menu requests are needed by 2pm daily.  In the event you are arriving midweek please have our staff make a note of your menu choice for your day of arrival along with your breakfast menu if breakfast in bed has been purchased for the following morning.

 Tues  Breakfast in bed!  6:30-7:30pm ~ Steak, Salmon Or BBQ Chicken ~ OR
 Sign Up For The Chuck Wagon Ride!**  June, July or October only
 Wed  9am to 10am  6:30-7:30pm ~ Steak, Country Style Chicken Kiev Or Fried Catfish
 Thurs  Breakfast in bed!  6:30-7:30pm ~ Steak, Chicken Cordon Bleu OR Tilapia

*SUNDAY NIGHTS.  In the event you are staying Sunday night and your rate includes "Dinner Daily", please note that dinner will be served from 11:30am to 2:30pm only.  If this is an arrival day for you and you are unable to arrive in time, we will be happy to box it up for you and have it delivered to your cabin or room for your enjoyment at a later time.  All accommodations have a microwave.  You can also substitute this meal for a picnic lunch or $30 house credit.

**CHUCK WAGON RIDE:  $50 per person OR $35 per person if dinner is already included in your rate.
TAKE OUT:  Is always an option when dinner is being served in the dining room.
GRATUITIES:  Will be included with your reservation. 
BEER AND WINE:  Is available for purchase, except on Sundays.  BYOB is no longer permitted in the dining room except on Sundays. 
MIDWEEK:  While the winter season is quiet, we only keep one dining room open during the week. Small families and couples will dine together in the Secret Garden.  This does not happen frequently as it has been our experience that families do not travel much during this time.
