We had a wonderful party and everyone liked the catering very much. In response to your questions:

- Pick up:

Right on time. Only suggestion I would have would be to provide something a little more spill-proof for the beans and the gravy

- Food Portions:

We wound up with an extra green beans and corn - would recommend perhaps 2/3rds of what you gave us. The chicken went quickly, and we had extra ham - but that's just a preference thing. I would say portions were just about right.

- Food Quality:

Fabulous! (I was tempted tell everyone that I was the one that made it, but did in fact admit that it was catered by you... :)

- Value:

Definitely worth the cost
