Bring your couples retreat to the north Georgia mountains!
When looking for that quiet countryside setting to get away from harried lives and reconnect with each other Forrest Hills has just the option for your marriage retreat group.  Our group lodges allow couples the privacy to reconnect and the meeting space within the lodge to learn those new skills to improve communication skills.  Forrest Hills provides ample grounds on our 140 acres  for couples to go off and meditate or areas for activities to provide for team building skills.   For those retreat groups wanting even greater privacy we can offer our private hot tub cabins.  Each couple would have their own cozy one bedroom cabin complete with fireplace and 350 gallon hot tub and we could include candlelit dinner in our private couples only dining room.  Couples might choose to add spa activities that include couples' massage training, private in-cabin massage or visit the spa for a relaxing spa service.  Another option might be to get picnic basket lunches that the couples can either choose to eat on the grounds, travel to the nearby waterfall, or at the beautiful the Edge of the World.  We can also offer team building clinics to support your retreats or provide a beautiful backdrop for vow renewals.

Economical Couples Retreat
Bear's Den and Deer Trail Lodges are a great, affordable option for your couples retreat with 8 or 16 couples.  Each lodge has 8 rooms, each with two queen beds and a private full bath. 
  • Overnight accommodations for two nights.
  • Hospitality room for informal gatherings
  • Meeting room with standard A/V equipment and WiFi.
  • Walk across the street to the Hideaway Dining Room for southern style dinner and breakfast buffets daily (4 meals per person) OR arrive after dinner Friday evening and enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner Saturday plus breakfast Sunday.
  • Private group hot tub located at Deer Trail Lodge.
  • Two night retreat $270 per couple ($320.40 w/tax & gratuity) ~ Add a 3rd night for just $105 per couple with additional dinners and breakfasts! ($126.60 w/tax & gratuity)

Our Best Couples Retreat
Mountain Laurel Inn is a favorite among our couples retreats with up to 12 couples.  Our Inn features 12 luxury, BI-Level suites plus a private hospitality room for informal gatherings, large meeting space with fireplace and balcony plus a private outdoor hot tub.  A sample couples retreat here could include the following:
  • Two Nights ~ Private luxury suite for each couple with king bed, jacuzzi tub, fireplace, balcony and more.
  • Meeting space set up as per your specifications with standard A/V equipment and WIFI.
  • Outdoor hot tub for your group's exclusive use.
  • Hospitality suite with gas log fireplace, coffee maker and refrigerator/freezer.
  • Champagne or sparkling cider placed in each suite upon arrival with customized label which includes the couple's names and the name of your group or event.
  • Dinner and breakfast served daily in our Hideaway Dining Room.
  • Picnic basket lunch for each couple and they even get to keep the basket!
  • $454 Per couple ($531.76 with tax and gratuity)  Customized variations available.
