The Anidawehi Wellness Center’s Sustainable Life-Style Change Program is intended for women and men who want to enjoy the second half of their lives with health, fitness, and vitality – at whatever age.
Participants will achieve dietary transformation by learning the primary components of some of the popular dietary programs. Each guest will receive comprehensive blood analysis and the program will utilize Dr. Joseph Mercola’s ‘Eat Right for your Nutritional Type’ protocol as an example of one of the available dietary models. Dr. Kathy Howell, a life-coach will lead participants through a process of inner-awareness to enable them to identify past unhealthy behavioral patterns and supports reconstruction of self to maintain a more healthy and vibrant lifestyle.
The most popular component of the program is the hands-on alternative food preparation whereby participants are taught to prepare healthy alternative food recipes from award-winning gourmet chefs.
Similar to other Anidawehi Plantation programs, Spa Life plays a major role in health and well-being. Yoga and Pranayama are utilized to integrate mind, body, and spirit.
