Wedding Photography $250 per hour ~ Includes time plus a jpg CD or DVD given to you on the day of your wedding!

A 4-Hour photo shoot for weddings with 50 or more guests consists of the following time line:

  • Individual bride and groom photos plus family and wedding party photos prior to the ceremony takes about 1.5 hours.
  • If the bride and groom don't mind seeing each other prior to the ceremony we would attempt to get all photos of the two of them plus family and wedding party photos done prior to the ceremony which takes about 2 hours.
  • Ceremony and Carriage photos takes about 1/2 hour.
  • Finishing group family photos, wedding party photos and the newlywed photos takes about an hour if not attempted prior to the ceremony.
  • Taking any missed photos due to time or absent family members during pre-ceremony shoot takes about 1/2 hour.
  • Either scenario above leaves about 1.5 hours of photography time at the reception to shoot the 1st dance, cake cutting, champagne toast, etc.
  • Depending on how you plan events at your reception may determine if you wish to add more time or ask a friend to make sure and take the shots I'm not there for.
I have also teamed up with Heritage Makers, an online company which allows you to create coffee book wedding albums, thank you cards, calendars and just about anything you can think of!  Their prices are fantastic and it's so easy to use.  There are many templates to choose from.

Questions most commonly asked:

What if I only have one maid of honor and one groomsman...do I still need 4 hours?
This would depend on the amount of family photos necessary.  If you don't have many immediate family members attending and there aren't any step parents on the bride or groom's side, you might be able to get a later start and need only 3 hours.

Is there a copyright on the CD?

No.  You may have photos reproduced in any way you wish.

When is the balance due?
Balances are due on or before your wedding day.

Is it OK for my friends and family to take pictures along with the photographer?

Absolutely!  While many photographers frown on this concept due to reprints, Michele doesn't mind since she will be giving you a CD of all images anyway.

When does the photography session start?
This depends on whether or not you want to have all photos done before the ceremony or if you prefer the more traditional approach in which your fiance' does not see the bride before the ceremony.  With intimate weddings, however, photography time begins with the ceremony.
