For your convenience, our wedding coordinator can assist you with all the details or refer you to our preferred vendors. However, you are also welcome to bring outside vendors of your choice for all items listed below with the exception of food and bar service.

Wedding Photography
Michele DeBlois, our In-House Wedding Photographer (and one of the resort's owners) works exclusively at Forrest Hills Mountain Resort. Almost all of the photos in this website were done by her. She has photographed well over 200 weddings here.
For weddings with receptions at the Rose Garden or Blossom's she offers a 4.5-hour package for just $1195 which includes all images taken on CD plus approximately 200 photos printed and arranged in a wedding album. The CD is not copy written; enabling you to have reprints and enlargements made wherever you choose.
For receptions at the Secret Garden she offers a $595 package which includes 2 hours, photos, CD & album. More of her work can be seen at the resort office.

Our house DJ's are sure to please any type of crowd. From background music to announcements to the life of the party and priced at just $595 for a 4-hour reception. |

Important Note About Bar Service:
In the event that you have a BYOB bar, the contract signer is responsible for the bartender plus all handling and storage of your alcoholic beverages. Our staff is not allowed to handle your alcoholic beverages in any way.
Bars provided by Forrest Hills will close one hour prior to the end of your reception for the safety of you and your guests. Tax & gratuity to be added to all bar prices (excluding bartender services)

Blossom's Dining Room: Always BYOB
Beer & Wine Bar Set-Up $200: Includes bar area, ice & appropriate glassware for up to 50 guests for 3 hours. Ask a friend to bartend or let us find one for you ($100)
Full Bar Set-Up $400: Includes bar area, ice, appropriate glassware and all mixers for up to 50 guests for 3 hours. Ask a friend to bartend or let us find one for you ($200).

Rose Garden OR Secret Garden Dining Rooms
Since these rooms are within our pouring license area we offer a mix of BYOB or beer and wine bar service. Ask our wedding coordinator for details based on your specific wedding date.
Beer & Wine Bar Service: Unlimited house wines plus domestic and imported beer: 1 Hour $9.95pp ~ 2 Hours $12.95 ~ 3 Hours $15.95 Champagne toast included at no additional charge.
Full Bar Set-Up: $7.95 per person BYOB
Sundays are always BYOB. |

Champagne Toast
Champagne toasts are provided complimentary with all beer and wine services that are provided by us. Sparkling cider is available for underage guests or upon request.
If you would do not wish to have a bar and would simply like a champagne or sparkling cider toast at your reception the cost would be $3.95 per person.
Forrest Hills cannot provide any alcoholic beverages on Sunday.
