Our best destination wedding package includes your own private hotel, hospitality suite, catered banquet, and so much more!  While we offer several versions of this package, this is our favorite as it allows you to have guaranteed access to your reception venue the night before your wedding and also allows you to party all night long the night of your wedding.  Package contents are located below the photo gallery here. I just wish to thank you for helping my daughter's day be the best it could have possibly been.  Everyone had a blast.  We were able to meet and get to know and love our new family while staying at Mt.   • Exclusive Use - 12 Suites are required on peak weekends Rent your own private, 17,000 square feet all-suite hotel for two nights. ~ May, June, September, October & November There are 12 BI-Level king suites, each with a jacuzzi tub & fireplace.
  • Socialize in the hospitality suite located in the center of your private hotel.
  • Relax in the 12-seat outdoor hot tub that is there for your exclusive use.
  • Your overnight guests will enjoy hot, southern-style breakfast buffets daily.  (Each suite has 2 king beds plus a sleeper sofa)
  • We'll give you guaranteed access into your reception room the night BEFORE your wedding for decoration purposes.  It's located upstairs in your private hotel.  Have a stress-free decorating party with your friends and family so you don't have to worry about that on the day of your wedding.
  • Discount weekends w/all 12 Suites are available in December, January, February, March, April, July & August or when remaining available within 120 days of event date.  (Excludes some holidays).
  • Six Suites are required on non-peak weekends or within 90 days of event date when available ~ March, April, July, August, December 2012 ~ Remaining suites will be rented to the general public.
  • Three Suites package is available for all remaining dates in 2011 plus January & February 2012 (Excluding holidays)  This option is also available for peak weekends remaining available within 60 days of event date.
  • Additional suites, group lodging, private cabins and rooms can be added pending availability.

It is important to note that even though we are including the rate for the hotel suites in this package, it is very common for wedding guests to pay for all or part of the room and breakfast portion of this package.  Our resort staff would be happy to take individual room payments from your guests for your convenience. 
Tax and gratuity to be added.  Taxes vary within the components of this package for rooms, etc. 

POPULAR ADDITIONS:
We have put together a team of outstanding, affordable vendors for your convenience.  Outside vendors are permitted for any of the services listed below.
  • Grand entrance by horse-drawn carriage plus a "Just Married" carriage ride ~ $295+
  • Professional DJ Services ~ $595 for up to four hours.
  • Additional Wedding Photography ~ $250 per hour ~ All images provided on a DVD ~ No copyrights to deal with ~ Print/Enlarge wherever you wish.
  • Rehearsal Dinner, Casual dinner or Scenic, horse-drawn wagon ride to a cookout the night of arrival ~ From $16++ to $50++ per person.
  • Floral Arrangements ~ Prices vary, but we have one of the best and most affordable florists around.
  • Deli platters w/rolls and condiments plus pasta salad & bottled water delivered to your hospitality room (if included) for your overnight guests to snack on for a light lunch before the wedding.  Service for approximately 25 guests $250++
  • 12x12 Dance floor rental $325.
  • Full Bar Set-Up with mixers - $5pp
  • Chair Covers for outdoor ceremonies OR for your reception with organza sash to match your wedding colors.  $175 for 25 ~ $6.95 Each additional (chapel chair covers are free).  Chair covers can be used in the reception room in the event we are unable to use them outdoors.  Cost includes custom ordering, shipping, installation, removal and return.
