When considering an intimate wedding for two, scheduling a tour is not necessary.  You can come to the resort any time that the office is open for a property map and directions to view the areas you wish to see.  The staff located at the front desk will be happy to assist you with everything you need.

When considering a wedding with a reception and/or group accommodations we strongly suggest making an appointment with Kathy, our wedding coordinator or her assistant Mary.  Simply call or email your request:

Tours are available daily. Kathy, our wedding coordinator is typically off on Mondays and Tuesdays.  If you want to see inside our group lodges, Sundays are better than Saturdays as the accommodations are often sold out on weekends.  They may not be clean on Sunday but you could at least see inside.  Sunday Lunch Buffet that's open to the public every Sunday from 11:30am to 2:30pm.
