A 100 guest minimum is typically required on Saturdays spring through fall.  75 guests or more are typically required on Sundays.
Only 60 guests are required to use this dining room during the following times:

• The winter season ~ December, January or February (excluding holidays)
• Within 90 days of ceremony date.
• Midweek ~ Monday through Friday nights.
