WEDDING COORDINATOR – We will coordinate your event with our facility plus direct your ceremony & rehearsal*.

Fox Hollow WEDDING GARDEN with GAZEBO w/Chairs – Set up & take down.

Ceremony Times:  Choose from 4pm, 4:30pm or 5pm

Climate controlled CHAPEL as your ceremony backup! No need to rent a tent.


BUFFET DINNER – Traditional Menu Options + Tea, coffee and ice water.

WEDDING CAKE By our award-winning baker.

SOUTHERN BALLROOM Reception Room from 10am to 10pm

FIREWOOD for the fireplace

WAIT STAFF – 4 hours

LINENS – Table Cloths & Napkins – 4 linen colors to choose from.

SET UP & TAKE DOWN of all tables, chairs, and linens.
