Corona Virus (Covid 19) Precautions

To Our Valued Guests,

Greetings from the North Georgia Mountains!

First and foremost we are encouraging social distancing as recommended. We feel our private cabins on 140 acres are just that. In our smaller lodges we only rent every other room. We encourage our guests to avoid all areas where close contact to other people can’t be avoided both on and off the resort.  Each new day brings more information and we want to make sure we’re protecting everyone’s health and safety.

UPDATE 5/6…Our gift shop is open!  Office hours have been extended and you have the choice of coming into the office or being assisted via our check in window.

UPDATE 5/4…Massage services available.

UPDATE 5/1…Dine in OPEN.  For all updated food service CLICK HERE.

UPDATE 4/23…Our office is still closed to walk through traffic to check in and information is all done at our check in window!  The gift shop/general store is now open.

UPDATE 4/23…Starting Saturday morning breakfast will no longer be delivered.

UPDATE 3/28…Our office and gift shop are closed to walk through traffic.  Window service is available for check-in/out, information, beer, wine & other gift shop purchases.

UPDATE 3/23…All dining rooms are closed but that means you get breakfast in bed and room service for dinner!  Please remember to tip your server/delivery person.  They can really use it right now.

OFFICE HOURS:  Have been changed to 9am to 7pm Monday through Saturday.  8am to 6pm on Sundays.

OUR STAFF , and the ones they live with, are required to practice social distancing and safe practices at home and while at work.

Above and beyond our normal sanitation process, we are paying extra special attention to all contact surfaces including keys, doorknobs, phones, remotes and more.  We hope you don’t mind the smell of Lysol, bleach, or disinfectant when you walk in!  We understand that disinfectants must dry naturally to work so if a surface feels wet or damp just know it’s a good thing.

HOT TUBS are undergoing our normal process, which includes draining, disinfecting, refilling and adding chemicals between EVERY guest.  Our health department score of 100 every year speaks for itself.

ORDER DINNER ONLINE FOR PICK UP!  Available nightly except on Sunday.  Picnic lunches can be purchased with advance notice. Take a hike, explore a waterfall, enjoy nature.
