Corona Virus (Covid 19) Precautions

To Our Valued Guests,

Greetings from the North Georgia Mountains!

First and foremost we are encouraging social distancing as recommended. We feel our private cabins on 140 acres are just that. In our smaller lodges we only rent every other room. I would like to encourage our guests to avoid all areas where close contact to other people can’t be avoided.

Rest assured we are closely monitoring developments and the expert guidance being offered by a variety of local, state, and federal agencies.  Each new day brings more information and we want to make sure we’re protecting everyone’s health and safety.

UPDATE 3/28…Our office and gift shop are closed to walk through traffic.  Window service is available for check-in/out, information, beer, wine & other gift shop purchases.

UPDATE 3/23…All dining rooms are closed but that means you get breakfast in bed and room service for dinner!  Please remember to tip your server/delivery person.  They can really use it right now.

OFFICE HOURS:  Have been changed to 9am to 7pm Monday through Saturday.  8am to 6pm on Sundays.

OUR STAFF , and the ones they live with, are required to practice social distancing and safe practices at home and while at work.

AS OF 3/22 we are doing our best to put a minimum of 2 days between all cabin and guest room rentals.

Above and beyond our normal sanitation process, we are paying extra special attention to all contact surfaces including keys, doorknobs, phones, remotes and more.  We hope you don’t mind the smell of Lysol, bleach, or disinfectant when you walk in!  We understand that disinfectants must dry naturally to work so if a surface feels wet or damp just know it’s a good thing.

HOT TUBS are undergoing our normal process, which includes draining, disinfecting, refilling and adding chemicals between EVERY guest.  Our health department score of 100 every year speaks for itself.

ORDER DINNER ONLINE FOR PICK UP!  Available nightly except on Sunday.  Picnic lunches can be purchased with advance notice. Take a hike, explore a waterfall, enjoy nature.
