An additional deposit is often required.  The option to reschedule is not guaranteed if we are unable to sell your cabin or room.  ELOPEMENTS are non-refundable at the time of booking.  EMERGENCIES Cancellations due to an emergency are dealt with on a case by case basis and may require proof of your emergency and/or rebooking the accommodation you had.  Rescheduling is considered the same as a cancellation.  As a family owned business we do our best work with guests whenever a cancellation is needed.

WHAT ARE CHECK IN AND OUT TIMES?

Check in is any time after 4pm.  Check out is by 11am.

WHAT IF I ARRIVE AFTER THE OFFICE IS CLOSED?

CAN SPECIFIC CABINS BE REQUESTED?

We will always note requests and do our best to honor them but we cannot guarantee requests.  We reserve the right to move all reservations within the cabin or room type reserved.  For example, this means if you reserve a Cupid’s Hideout Cabin, we cannot guarantee which Cupid you will be in, but we do guarantee you would stay in a Cupid’s Hideout cabin.
