Horse Drawn Carriage

The carriage is such a sweet part of the experience.  The carriage will pick up the bride and her father (or the person giving her away) giving the two of them precious moments alone where he can impart his final words of wisdom before going down the aisle.  The clip-clop of the horses signal the guests the bride is arriving and all eyes are on them.  A tissue alert should be issued!  Then after the “I DO’s” are said the carriage picks up the newly wed couple for a short, private ride through the resort where they can focus on each other and relish in the moment before going back to a busy schedule of events and all of their the well-wishing guests.  It’s a true fairytale.  This time away from the ceremony site also allows time for guests that will not be in photos to head to the reception which makes for a nice transition from ceremony to reception.

THE MOUNTAIN LAUREL INN

  • Room rates range from $189 to $239 before taxes per suite, per night, depending on the season.  All 12 suites and 2-night minimum required.  Suites are frequently paid by guests so if you are confident your guests will want a great place to stay there is no out of pocket cost to you!  $2000 deposit required which can be applied to the wedding once all rooms are paid for.

REHEARSAL DINNER

  • Up to 40 guests $1995 – Additional guests $40 each
  • FREE for up to 40 guests when added to the $8995 Rose Garden Wedding Package above!! – Excludes Fall
  • Or HALF PRICE during Fall season or when taking advantage of wedding specials!
  • Add a 2nd entree $5pp
  • Upgrade to the premium menu with prime rib carving station option and more $15pp
