Set in the Georgia Mountains and  just one hour north of Atlanta.  Our dedicated team of meeting professionals will work with you to ensure that your meeting, retreat or event is flawless, with no detail left to chance.

From a humble start with just 6 cabins built by the Kraft family without power in 1977, (using only handsaws and chainsaws!), we have grown to become a destination for corporate meetings, retreats, corporate team building workshops and so much more.  The resort is still owned & managed by the family today.

We have a mix of accommodations with a total of 85 rooms.

The Tree Topper Lodge Can Accommodate:

  • 16 – Single Occupancy
  • 32 – Double Occupancy (1 per bed)
  • 48 – With 1 Per Bed & 1 Per Sleeper Sofa
  • 80 – With 2 Per Queen & King Bed + 1 Per Sleeper!

The more people that share a lodge the cheaper the per person cost is.  It’s important to know if your group will share a bed, a bath, or use a sleeper sofa.  Should you need more rooms, we have that too.

  • There are 2 queen or king beds in every room
  • *Some rooms also have sleeper sofas.

Due to popularity, it’s getting harder and harder to rent all lodges at the same time, especially on weekends, so please plan ahead if you find you are in need of that.

The entire resort is about 1 mile long.  The majority of group lodging, dining, and activities are located in the front section and are all within very easy walking distance.  What you see here starts at our entrance in the top left corner.

The cabins you see with #’s on them are all 1 bedroom cabins with a hot tub & fireplace.  We have 26.
